Validation – National Survey Affirms Community Association Success

The results of a national survey conducted in this year by Zogby Analytics for the Foundation for Community Association Research on homeowner satisfaction with community associations has been published by the Community Associations Institute. The survey concludes that despite the negative aspects that are associated with living in a community that is governed by a homeowners association, the vast majority of homeowners are overwhelmingly satisfied with their communities.
